Your company investment would be $249.00 for the year. ($199.00 during the launch campaign) This price includes entering your contact information, input of your photo and/or logo, proofing of your ad, web hosting and making any required changes for a 12 month period from the date your advertisement was placed. ClosingContacts.com will give your company online exposure to potential Buyers and Sellers in your area 7 days a week 24 hours a day. You will also receive the ClosingContacts.com quarterly newsletter.
You can advertise in more than one geographical district/area. If your company does business in more than one district/area where ClosingContacts.com has created a website, then you will be able to participate in additional areas to a maximum of 2 additional districts/areas for a fee of $25.00 each upon their launch dates.
You will also receive a quarterly newsletter from ClosingContacts.com with updates on any enhancements to the website, tips for your own website, local real estate market updates, new coupons or specials available and many more features.
Once your company information has been created in the website advertising format and your photo and/or company logo have been uploaded a copy of your advertisement will be made available for you to proof.
If your company has a coupon, special or a feature you would like to offer to the potential Buyers or Sellers it can be made available thru the addition of a Coupon/Special/Feature tab added to your advertisement space. When a client clicks on this tab they will be able to read and print your coupon, special or feature if applicable.
If your address, phone number or any other important information in your advertisement changes throughout the year our support department will gladly make the changes for you at no additional charge. Yes, if you have your own website, a link in your ClosingContacts.com advertisement will send Buyers and Sellers directly to your website. You will still have all the same contact information in your advertisement with your website link displayed along the bottom.
The advertisements show up randomly in a different order every time someone clicks on that category. There is also an "Alphabetical" order tab near the top of the page. When clicked it creates a drop down menu of the advertisers in that category in alphabetical order.
The site is set up to be a service provided FREE of charge by Sales Representatives or Brokers to their clients or customers. Sales Representatives and Brokers would not want to send their clients or customers to a website if they could be re-directed away from them to another Sales Representative or Broker.
They will be able to save their clients valuable time by making available to them all the contacts they will need to get their property ready to sell or to close the property they have already bought. If a Sales Representative, Broker or Brokerage would like to add this website as a link from their own website ClosingContacts.com will create an optional customized URL Address for them to use. They can incorporate this URL Address through a tab or button on their own website. When their clients or customers click on the ClosingContacts.com tab or button the website will appear only now it will be customized to show the Sales Representative’s own photo, company and contact information.

You will receive a notice one month prior to the anniversary date of when your advertisement was uploaded on the website. You will be asked if you would like to renew and if you would like to make any changes or updates to your company contact information or your coupon/special/feature offering if applicable.
Your advertisement would be withdrawn from the ClosingContacts.com website within 48hrs upon receiving your written or emailed request. ClosingContacts.com Advertiser refund policy is applicable for 30 days after the date the advertisement is uploaded to the ClosingContacts.com website. The refund policy is for 100% of the amount the Advertiser paid for the advertisement. There will be no refund after 30 days as the advertisement cost is almost completely used up front to pay for the creation,uploading, maintaining and hosting of your advertisement.
